· 1 cup roasted pumpkin (cooled)
· 1 frozen banana
· ½ cup rolled oats
· 1 Tbsp. cashew butter
· ½ tsp. cinnamon
· ½ tsp. vanilla extract
· ¼ tsp. nutmeg
· ¼ tsp. ginger
· 1 tsp. honey
· 1 ½ cups milk (can substitute for plant based milk of choice)
· 1 cup ice
· Pinch of salt


Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend until smooth and creamy (approx. 1 minute). Pour into 2 glasses, and sprinkle with cinnamon to serve. Enjoy.
